DeadGreetings Guys,
Wanted to find out if anyone has had a problem with a squeaking speedometer?  If so, how do you get rid of the squeaking?  A friend told me to unscrew the speedometer cable behind the speedometer and grease it.  Anyone have any idea if it's a hard thing to take off and put back?  Would appreciate any help.
Thanks

There are several threads on fixing/lubing speedo/tach cables...the most recent from dwright. He even has some really nice pics!!
Your cable prolly does need lubing. Be warned, tho...getting that bugger loose from the rear of the speedo head is quite a job for anyone with large hands...or stiff joints...
