Today I finally got to sit in my freshly recovered seats for 76. I did it myself. I can't wait to get them in teh car. which I am in the middle of stripping and painting......Can't Wait for spring

congratulations! until you get them installed, sit on them hold an imaginary steering wheel and make motor noises... lol joe

Congrats...!!!

I redid the seats (new foam and covers) in 'The Toy' before going to Bowling Green last summer. I'd never done that before and made a mistake or two, but overall I'm happy with the results. A word of warning though - if you replaced the cushion foam be careful getting in the driver's seat the first time after reinstalling it. The new foam increased the seat height enough to where my legs are constantly in touch with the steering wheel now.
