Vette(s): 77 Vette L82, black.
Ok, here's the deal. I think this is probably why my headlights don't work. Coming off of the light switch I have two vacuum hoses. One runs off somewhere, the other goes to an "L" shaped connector that is broken. When the light switch is off I have a vacuum leak at this "L". Lights on, no leak. What is it, where can I get a new one, and where/what do I hook it up to?

The L-shaped connector you are referring to sounds like the connector for the vacuum overide switch, located at the bottom of the steering column where it meets the dash. Doc Rebuild shows them in the catalog, Item #2771202, He's calling it a "pulldown switch" Maybe other suppliers have them as well. http://www.docrebuild.com/dr-r-web/AAA-HOME.HTML

Here is the one from Corvette Central, Item #443055 (Same as the wiper door overide switch)
