Hey friends - both my windows role up about 1/4 inch shy of the t-top rubber, has always driven me nuts - how big a deal is it to take apart the door and if I do how will I determine if its going up as far as it can?  I looked in Chilton and Hayes and the descriptions on how the windows should work is weak.  I had one fellow tell me at a show that you can lower the t-top weather strip to meet the window but i don't see how.  Any one tried this?  Thanks

It's either an adjustment or the last teeth on your regulators are wiped. Usually the latter. They sell a repair kit. Time and patience....Wink

Thanks for the concern and I want to tell our brother in Kuwait that we pray for him and his honorable brothers and sisters who are keeping all of us fre to own vettes.  Well guys I have been on the slow road of falling apart, in and out of the hospital more times in the past six months then in the 56 years before that combined.  You don't want to hear the laundry list of whats out and whats in.  Good news is there is nothing left to check, bad news is they can't figure out it all out.  Weird heart rhythm is all.  So as the song goes we take it "one day at a time" and remember to thank God for guys like 1BadLT1 every chance we can! Thanks for asking

Might not be anything more than the upper stops.  Get the AIM.  The AIM has the best window adjustment procedures coming or going.
