Pulled from the swamps of Miami!
Its a driver and back on the road!
I have about 3 wires just dangling from the fuse box area wires with no place to connect or plug into???
1. red, brown, white wires to a black female end just loose under dash
2. single orange wire with a blue male end to it under dash by fuse box wires?
3. 1 red wire from the fuse box looks like from the ignition spot on the fuse panel comes out to a white connector the splits into 2 seperate wires...one of the wires form the white connector goes to another white connector then splits again 1 red wire connects to something under dash but the other red wire form the white connector gos to a thite male connector and not connected to anything???
I am looking for a good easy to read charts of the wires under the dash and from the fuse box where they go and connected to??any suggestions???
Thanks again...

Mark,
Pick up an "OH SO E Z" wiring diagram from Doc Rebuild.
They show the wire colors & a picture of the actual connector.
Good luck,
Anthony

Any wires with connectors on them are usually for accessories, or optional equipment, such as wiper delay, rear defog, etc.
Not all wiring diagrams will show all of the possible optional equipment hook-ups. Don't know if the Doc Rebuild diagrams do, but I hear they are really good.
Mike(mkapp7879) will prolly know exactly what you have, and where it all goes....and most likely a pic to go with it!

I have original wires with connectors hanging all over the car.
I just figure if everything is working normal, it must be OK.

Thanks for all your answers once the holidays pass I will be able to use your info and take one wire at a time...right now the left turn signal will not indicate on the dash but its working the outside turn signa lights , I had to pull the speedo to get it working and new needle and its working great but now the turn signal is not... bulb is working but no l ight... so will get to it soon..plus like I stated many other wires just hanging, would like to get the lights to come on when the door opens which they don't unless that was an option that is not on my 78..Thanks again just waiting to get some free time and some warmth. Mark
