Sunday night I had her out on I30 east to a friends house. Radio is blarin' and I've got this big grin on my face havin' a great time cruzin. Then, I decided I needed to get around some poke, punched her a little bit and she made a sputter noise and then all of a sudden I see smoke coming out the back tail pipes. Just like a cottin pickin' steam engine. I turned her around and headed back to the house and watched the gauges. The temp gauge shot up over 200 so I pulled off the freeway and shut her down at some hotel, then I called AAA for wrecker to haul her home. She had been running really good too and then this! I knew her heads were bad.

No Terry, she's really sick. She had a heart attack and needs more than a tuneup. She's scheduled for overhaul surgery as soon as I can find the heads. Right now she's in ICU.
The heads are old and cracked (crap is what they are). How can you rebuild cracked heads?

I'm sorry about your sick baby. I was thinking that you might have blown a head gasket (on your car that is), but you set the record strait, that they're cracked...........both heads?
