One of the parts that was damaged on my car was the rocker moldings. both sides. These are no longer made in the US, and, because of quality issues have been on back order for up to 2 years. I found some fiberglass reproductions on E-Bay, but, would like the originals. Do any of you have a line on these? 70-77 model years.

Hard to find used ones that aren't beat up at the front. I think I have one spare at home, and it's pretty rough at the front, from rocks and stuff.
Don't know of anyone reproducing them here. Only suggestion is possibly Paragon, or ZIP, for some nice used ones.

Right side or left side? My right is more damaged than my left. Volunteer said they are probably going to have them by the end of April. I've actually had them on order with them for a few months. Nobody else will commit. I was suprised by their unavailability. There are some fiberglass options out there that may make for a temp fix, but, I really want the real ones. If the one you have is a right side, e-mail me a pic and price. Thanks Joel.

I'm purdy sure the one I have is for the driver side. The original got banged up when the car was new, and the cheesy Firestone tire blew. Took a chunk out of the lower fender, and beat the rocker molding up too. That's why I replaced it, but I got my replacement from another '74 we had at the shop at the time. I'll look and make sure, tho.

Thanks Mario. I appreciate that. I bought a pair of reproductions today from Vette Parts Plus. They put some up for sale on E-Bay this week. The pictures look good, but then they usually do. I have my fingers crossed that they will be close to original in look and quality.

If the parts you bought arent what you thought let me know. I have a pair I bought for my 72 and only had them on the car for 2 months. Probably only have 200 miles on them. I took them off when I put the side pipes on and will never use them again!

Hi guys. Kevin Q from PowerPortal Products. If t you'vre got a good set of R. Moldings, I may have a client who'd like them. We are installing headerrs, side pipes and Flamiong Heat Shields on his '71.  He's looking for a set as I write. What do you want for them? I'll get bim in touch if you still have them.
Thank you.
