I'm looking for the hard vacuum line that runs under the carpet behind the seats, I think it connects  to the Astro Ventilation door on my 1972 T Top.  Anyone have any ideas?  Thanks

Vette(s): 1972 conv, 4-speed, 350, 200hp, numbers match, rally wheels, war bonnett yellow w/white top. good condition, nice driver.
The small diameter steel brake line will do the trick. Bend it and join it with compression fittings. Saves lots of cash for other projects and is easy to locate.LOL

I'm embarrased to say I'm not sure about the rear window defogger!  Haven't driven the car much since I bought it!  It is a 72 coupe with the removable rear window.  I bought the car a couple of years ago and started to restore the interior immediately and now it has now sat for over a year - yeah best laid plans and all of that!  all my friends are giving me a hard time about getting it on the road again, so with Spring in the air I'm trying to get it done!  Bottom line not sure about the defogger! I'll look later today!  (Doh!)

I believe that even the smallest brake line is too big.  But 53-55 Corvettes used a steel oil pressure line that is about five feet long.  It is $17.00.  It could be bent to work.
