I just heard from them this morning that they've FINALLY ok'd to paint and stripe her complete. (they weren't going to do: nose, tail, hood, r. door) Whoooo Hhooooo !!!!!!!!! I'm sooooo freakin jazzed! After 2 weeks of letter writing and providing pictures as "proof" that I'm in a Vette club, show, parade and cruise her, well, looks like I got someone who could make the decision! That just made my month, and got Adam two more shirt orders and a Gold membership!

Vette(s): 1979 Black coupe. 11256 original, documented, miles on it when I bought it in April of 2000. It now has 13100 on it. Oyster interior, like new. Everything original, everything works, except the clock. Paint has a couple of minor flaws.
Congratulations: The ins co is going to pay through the nose on that one. I'm happy for you... I wish I could get mine painted with someone else paying for it. HeHe Make sure they do a top notch job!! Good luck..
