Only problem I would have is my fear of driving anything that nice. I'd be sick for a month if I got a stone chip on her.

I can drool enough for all.  Just give me a minute to get another Iced Tea.  But the car is not in Akron anymore.  I wonder what the Akron boys are building now????   Yep, I need to stop in there one of these days.

Holy crap...that is gorgeous. There are a few Grand Sport replicas rolling around near me but all are hardtops. I saw one at a show in Septmeber that was signed by Zora and Larry Shinoda...amazing car. Here's a couple of pics...

Bummer the auction closed at 55K and change and no one reached the reserve.  Hey, that means its still for sale, I've still got time to count my penny jug

I think they have put more effort into the E-Bay page than I have put into my Corvette!

beautiful machine. The problem is If I drove it somewhere it would never leave my sight. Kinda like the problem I have now. There are some strange people on this planet. A couple months back I was at an event and when I turned around some fool was sitting in my vett pretending he was driving and his son standing on the sidepipes pulling himself up to look over the door. I do believe they call this a death wish. Because my honey was there the fool walked away intact just imbarresed with the tongue lashing he recieved.

OMG that would almost be punishable by death   You can't do hat with the new alarm I put on my car.  Even if you stick your hand in an open window you will set the alarm off, I can even leave the tops off, awsome alarm
