Just signed up and was excited to find a special place for CE owners. I often have questions that I can not find answers to in the manuals. For example, just about the only thing on my car that does not work is the alarm system. Does anyone know where I can find information on troubleshooting this system? About the only thing I have figured out to this point is that the electronics are under the rear stowage box (I beleive).
I have noticed that most of the threads are from 2002. Is this an active area?
I look forward to having some fun on this sight with fellow CE drivers.

The hands down best book for your Corvette is the GM manual for the 1982 Corvette. New from some of the Corvette Parts houses it runs around $100.00 but on ebay they go for around $30.00. Also an excellent source of information is the "Assembly Manual" for the 1982 Corvette. The multi-year Corvette Manuals are NOT a good source of information for the CrossFire engine.
