The C3VR booth will be in swap meet space ID-50 (same as all previous years) but it will only be there on Friday 8/26. If you usually renew your membership or like to purchase shirts during C@C, please try to be there Friday. If you can't make it Friday, you'll have to renew online or via postal mail.

The C3VR group parking will be in the same location as previous years. It is marked as spot "N" marked in green on the event map. Use GATE 3 to get there. It is recommended you get there early as possible to get a space with our group. As the rest of the areas fill up, they will allow anyone to park in our space.
Some folks have volunteered to put up a canopy, banner and flyers in the parking area. If you need that stuff, (other than the canopy), please come find me in ID-50 Friday morning and I'll give you supplies.
C3VR Group Dinner will be Friday night 8/26. Please see this thread for full details.

I will not make dinner, so sorry I won't catch you. If you happen to make it to the fairgrounds by 5pm, stop over to ID-50 and say hi!
