What a great group of people! We can't thank you folks enough for your hospitality and great conversation. I must say that I was a little worried about what kind of people I would be meeting. After al,l you folks do include me in this club and with that kind of decision making you'd have to be concerned!
By the way, the prime rib was excellent.

It was a pleasure meeting you as well. I think it was Mark Twain or Grocho Marx that said I would never belong to a club that would have me as a member but here we are. A group usually gets together for the Ocean City weekend in October, Check out the Free State Corvette club.
Another great one in the record books.
I think our waitress was a little overwhelmed at first, but she settled in as the night progressed. Maybe when she came out of the kitchen and I almost knocked over the tray of appetizers she was carrying she got a little worried.

She was definitely overworked!...forgot to bring me my sweet potato fries and Nadine's baked potato, but overall did a good job.

Sounds like you all had a great time. Glad to hear they had enough prime rib for all that wanted it! I missed you guys. I think that was the first dinner I've ever missed.

My first Vette, now owned by JB79:

We had fun at the dinner. The waitress was certainly overwhelmed. They should have put a second waitress on for that evening. It didn't help that the cooks were screwing her because they failed to serve completed orders. You can't just start flinging plates out the kitchen randomly. I think we should sent Chef Irvine or Gordon Ramsey to straighten them out.

"Ditto" Was my first time too and even though I had to sit at the childrens table with Jeff, it was great!
