I left Carlisle around 8 AM and pulled into my driveway at 12:30 PM.
Made two short stops; one to fill the tank and one to empty the other tank.
Now I am unpacking and cleaning up the Vette for a dinner meeting tomorrow night.

Dave - Glad to hear you made it back ok!  Frank & I left the campground around 1:30 & got home around 4....after a brief stop at his mom's.

I know Dave & Mary, Al & Lori, Dave & Nadine & Mark & Shirley all made it home ok...hadn't heard from anyone else.

Had a great time!  Jeff, thanks for taking care of Friday's arrangements!

Can't wait to see everyone again!

Whined up the driveway at 2pm (left Pa. @ 9am) Once we got to Deposit we stopped a
for a quick bite to eat. Then Lori drove the last leg home on rt.8 she booked right along, made all the lights in Sidney and saw a big wanted poster of Bonnie & Clyde at the Hess gas station.
About an hour from home turned on the radio and hand tuned in a station. Lost anything good about 15 minutes later and shut the radio back off. Slowed down to cross rt. 20 and heard a whinning sound coming from rear of car....hmmm rear end problems????
Then I said no that's the power antenna motor, when it went back down it must have broke the plastic cable. When that happens it just keeps running like it's trying to retract the antenna. I had nothing to cut the wire so said heck with it let it run. Did not burn out so guess I'll buy another replacement.... if I had known could have picked the part up in Carlisle!
Ebowoman had a great time throwing the vette around the curves, ahh a happy wife means a good (maybe another vette) wife!
Great seeing everyone and chatting with the new friends!

We got home fine yesterday, thankfully uneventful trip.
We stopped for gas (of course we did), and Chris got a Hershey bar, it sounded good until you realize that we are driving a mobile sauna, no one brings chocolate into a sauna. It was good but not a pretty site. Maybe we should test M&Ms next time to see what their melting point is.

Ebo - it was very nice of you to buy the first round Friday night for Adam (because that is what he always does).
Don't forget to submit your expense form..

John, I always do what the boss says to do! Have to admit those 6 pitchers of appletini's went down pretty fast. Luckly our table had a few less than yours and we had a bit more. It actually may be the cheapest bill Adam has had at any of the Corvette @ Carlisle's yet!

I'm so sorry we did not get any chat time. I tried to stick around the campsite as much as possible.
This is the first time we were able to cover the full grounds. The weather was great for shopping.

Glad everybody made it home safe. We stopped in Sunday around 10 and only saw Barry's car. Did get to park my Subaru on the Showfield. Tried Saturday to finish the vette but discovered they sent me the wrong drive shaft. Hope to see everybody soon.

Great that everyone got home ok.
I stuck around till about 1:00 or so and caravaned back with some friends that live near me.
I let them lead and instead of going up rt 15, which is the shortest and quickest way, they took rt 81 to syracuse and I had to double back to rochester area. But it was a great day and I didnt care because I got to drive the beast for an extra hour or more!!
