Didn't have a good day at Carlisle today
due mostly to my own stupidity
and having my passenger side view mirror blocked from view by the box of headers i bought I had some misfortune.

So sorry to see this.
Barry told us about it today.
its easy for me to say but its just a car. No one got hurt. Look on the bright side, good excuse to get a new paint job!

Yup all ok and fixable...now gives me an excuse to spend money on a very much needed paint job...now just what color to paint it???? Really liked that Nightrace Blue on the new ones but blue and I don't get along so well, which it doesn't really look like blue more like very deep almost black/purple...

Dan, so sorry to hear about this. Barry told me yesterday. When I brought them up and they were in mine I had no trouble seeing out the side but they may have been sitting up higher in yours. Guess we should have taken them out of the box and tried to get them lower. Well a fresh paint job will make all the pain go away, just really glad you didnt get hurt. Just another accident I caused! One things for sure you will always have a story to tell!
Best of luck putting them on. They went on easy on mine.

YEEKS!
That stinks!

Not to make light of the situation, but you're supposed to IMPROVE your car while at C@C, not make it worse!

Sorry for the troubles, but you'll make it work for you.
Keep us posted on the progress. (At least you already have your "before" pictures!)
