We have been assigned a parking space for those of you that already registered to park with C3VR.  It is spaces NK 1-6 & NL 1-8. It is marked as purple letter F on the 2024 map.  For easiest access, enter Gate 3 from Carlisle Springs Rd.  They say they hold spaces for us until 9am, then it's open for anyone. So get there early!

Thanks to Hoot69 (Jim) we will also have a tent there. Since we did not reach the minimum requirement of 25 cars, we had to pay for the tent. The cost was $250. C3VR paid for half and Jim paid for the other half.  If you park with us and feel so inclined, please consider offering Jim some money to help cover his share of the tent cost ($125).

Also, it's not too late to sign up to join us for dinner on Friday night (even if you aren't parking with us). You need to sign up by 8/16, though!
