I was informed over the weekend that the Funfest grounds open at 8 o'clock each day so I have adjusted the morning time slots accordingly (noted by an asterisk - '*').  If this change causes a problem for anyone please let me know as soon as possible.

This is a blatant copy of a post (by Adam) asking for help manning the C3VR booth at MidAmerica's 2007 Funfest, September 15th - 17th.  Because Adam is unable to attend this event this year I'll be C3VR's main representative.  I don't know exactly where the C3VR booth will be (they haven't assigned us a space yet) but I'll update the location here as soon as I get it.

Adam has told me this approach has worked well in the past so "if it ain't broke - copy it"...!!!  I've set up a schedule and am asking for at last one helper per time slot.  Adam's past experience has been that the 9:00 AM through 3:00 PM timeframe is usually the busiest so that's why the extra help is being requested for those time slots.

For signing up to volunteer your time, Adam has ok'ed me to offer you a choice of C3VR Apparel, Accessories or a one-year extension of your membership.  Walkup help is always appreciated, but to get the "goods" you need to signup and showup.

Below is the schedule, please select a time slot (or slots), then reply to this thread and I'll update the schedule accordingly.

Thursday:
I'm planning to arrive in Effingham mid to late afternoon.  If anyone is planning to be in town on Thursday and can help me set up the space at (time TBD later) that would be fantastic!  Maybe we can grab some dinner afterwards too.

Friday:
*8am - 10am: 1 slot open
*10am - 12am: Mike & Terry (The Great Pumpkin), Patricia & Bob (red70-oneconv)
11am - 1pm: Butch & Jane (butch's vettes), 1 slot open
1pm - 3pm: 2 slots open
