From Mid America Motorworks:

Club Registration Closes August 1st

This year, we plan to move Club Parking closer to the event and want to ensure that all of your Club members get to park together. In doing so, it is necessary to have all of the Clubs interested in parking together for Club Parking registered by August 1stEach car must register individually for Club Parking. Then, one officer from your Club needs to contact Deb Beasley to confirm how many cars are expected. Deb can be contacted by calling 217-540-4251 or by email atdeb.beasley@mamotorworks.com.

Club Registration officially closes on August 1st and any Club member that arrives at Funfest without being registered will not be able to park with your Club, but will be offered parking in a general Club Parking area.

Please reply to this thread if you followed the instructions above to register for C3VR Club Parking.  Reply by 7/31.  Then I will contact Deb and give her a car count.

Thanks!

Marshall,
Would you be able to take the lead on this and follow up with Deb before the deadline and be our "Club Officer" for this?

Adam, you know I would love to, but my work schedule is unclear for September.  I plan to be there, but I'm not sure for how much of the weekend I'll be there for.

I'm just asking that you keep on top of this thread, then before August first, shoot an email to Deb (see top of this thread) to tell her how many are going to be there from our group.  That's all. No commitment to be there.  Can you do this?

Thanks!
