I called to check on how many of the 30 rooms I have reserved are taken and Priscilla told me 11. 6 for the 3 day stay and 5 for the 2 day stay.

If your on the fence with going I would hope that you would go ahead and make your reservation now.

I will be turning any remaining rooms to the folks at Mid America. I will set a date for this to happen in the next few days.

I appologize for any previous confusion with the reservation process. This was due to the former management and the lack of their record keeping.

If you call and ask for Priscilla she will take good care of you. She was present when we set down during our 1st meeting concerning reservations for both Funfest 2010 qnd the 2011 Gathering.

Concerning the Gathering the contract had no date for reservations in it when drawn up. It was an open reservation for our group from 10/2011 until 9/2011, This was the reason why the didn't show a blocked set of dates for the C3VR Registry group.

I have blocked the dates now and Priscilla is ready to take your calls.
