I have been receiving the updates and did see the date as well. I also feel confident that by Steve posting this on the site that MAM will stand behind the clearance item prices since he works for MAM.
If you haven't signed up this is your chance to get a sneak preview of the clearance items prior to them going on sale and being placed on their EBAY store site......
