Does Anyone know what's up with Willcox Corvette? Placed an order online on 4/15 said it would be here in 10 days, nothing yet. Thats really not too bad but what concerns me is they don't reply to emails, called the customer service number and the sales number - no answer?? Hope evrything is OK.

I will tell you this, if you want great customer service with the techs even calling you back try Bair's they are fantastic. ebo

I am having the same problem. Order said it was completed 4/22 and credit card charged that day but no delivery yet. Going to try to call them Monday.

I've ordered from them many times. Sometimes took very long to get my order and the parts came from Volunteer Corvette.

Vette(s): 1972 conv, 4-speed, 350, 200hp, numbers match, rally wheels, war bonnett yellow w/white top. good condition, nice driver.
I too have difficulty with response time in shipping. When they did arrive, they came in either "Corvette America" or Mid-America boxes.
I really like Wilcox Corvette for parts, price, and technical support. On the other hand, last Spring I ordered some parts and a week went by and no delivery. So I called and the guy said that they are swamped this time of the year and they would ship as soon as they could. THEN, I proceeded to buy everything else from Zip because they usually ship the same day!

I agree they have always been very competive and helpful with technical support. Don't mind if it's going to take longer but they need to communicate that, no responses to emails or calls! I ordered 4-15!

Well got my order today....11 business days after order and it came in a Volunteer box. At least I got it cheaper than Volunteer's price. I priced the parts everywhere. Don't know how a competitor call sell a part cheaper than them
