Vette(s): 2004 Commemorative Edition Coupe, Auto w/HUD. 13K miles in 2015. Sold 1982 Red Coupe
There have been many concepts and a few prototypes of the small auto/plane, but the market is not ready.
 
What do I think? I
 would be afraid that the wings would fold up at the wrong time.Dead

C5's can fly without wings.

Back in the late 1950's/early 1960's there was a television show that featured a flying car designed by Molt Taylor (I barely remember the show as I was just a young pup back then!).  When on the ground the wings and tail section unbolted and were hauled around on a little trailer (found this doing a Google search).
