Saw this at Barrett-Jackson last month, just got around to finding some more info on it.  Pretty cool IMHO.

Wow that is so cool! I would really love to get behind the wheel, pull back on the slapstick and see if it has the guts to live up to the heritage of its ancestors the hemi or 440.

I had a 383 slapstick that wasn't any slouch. It broke me in on being under the hood all of the time when I was younger..... it was constantly rattling something loose or breaking something. But then again it was never spared any mercy.

Vette(s): 1974, 454 with 4 on the floor, matching numbers.
I saw this car on the cover of a Mopar magazine. I never read the article, but the cover indicated that is was the "New" Cuda.
That's one cool ride.

Pretty easy for them, take the new Challenger, slip a shaker hood on it and some new emblems and BAM you got a 'Cuda.  It's probably not to far off, they are selling pre-orders for the new Challenger on eBay for a hefty price tag.

I doubt that the Plymouth name would be brought back.  (Never Say Never though.)  Chrysler 'Cuda - hmmmm.

The same kind of noise was made for bringing back the Firebird after the Camaro Concept was announced.  (Again - Never Say Never.)

All of that coolness made me dig this up so that comparisons can be made. No matter if you choose the nostalgic version or todays prototype its a win / win for the world of muscle cars....
