Comming home today I was way out in the country and I saw a beautiful 71 Le mans for sale. It's a very unsual car. It's a 4 door hardtop Luxuary Lemans in black with white interior and white vinal top. It has the factory GTO style wheels and factory fender skirts. Nobody was home so I didn't get to see what size engine it had. It was ALL there and can be driven stright to a car show. All chrome beautiful, all trim in place inside and out. I checked the vinal top for any blistering, found none. I spent about 20 minutes going over the car and I couldn't find any flaws, repair, collision ect. The white interior was perfect as far as I can see.
If none of you all know about these cars can you put me in touch with a web site that does??I did a google and I couldn't get through all the G6-G8 new car quotes ect..
It's a sweet looking car. $10,500

Check out the Pontiac-Oakland Club International web-site. Might be some help there.
Also look on magazine racks for High Performance Pontiac. Might be some leads in it.
Sounds good and a real nice car. And good price. Keep us posted on what you do. I use to own a 4 speed 63.... wish I still had.

ZGATOR,
I'm not a Pontiac guy myself but I know one of the premier experts on Pontiacs.
Jim Mattison owns a company called Pontiac Historic Services out of Detroit. They do research and provide documentation on most all Pontiacs.
He started with GM in the COPO office during their heyday and also knows Camaros and Corvettes very well.
WWW.PHS-Online.com is their website.
Mention my name and he will either hang up on you or be glad to help. (I sold him a Corvette vintage race car a few years back)
