I seen 3.99 for premium all over Seattle/Tacoma, 3.79 for reg. Cosco has had some decent prices on gas also.
Mark, I seen the Safeway in Yelm had .20 off a gallon if you bought $50 worth of grocerys with the Safeway clubcard, not sure how long that will be going on for but according to the sign it was only available at five or so Safeway's.

I saw regular unleaded for $4.06 in the Bronx today.
It went up to $3.86 over the past few days where I live
P.S. SFVette,
I agree with all you said except for where you said Congress has
had thier heads. And I don't think it's been in the sand butt rather
someplace else that the sun don't shine.

As was stated, people need to wake up and realize the depth of the problem. Last night, Diesel was 4:79.9 for me. Heres where it hits everybody that they dont realize. My Semi gets all of 7 MPG when I am hauling 44,000 of Goodyear Tires up to Victorville. I have seen the fuel prices almost double in the past 24 months. I have no choice but to add the cost to Goodyear, who has to increase tire prices sooner or later. What you are complaining about now with gas or food is just the tip of the iceberg, I dont want to think of what inflation will add up to in the next 2 years. I do know that with the cost of running a truck, just tires, oil changes and fuel it has to be up OVER 20% in the past 12 months. This will add up for everybody else quickly. Quick thing to remember: If you bought it, a truck brought it.
Not yet...but I but I filled my wife's vehicle this morning, a Jeep Grand Cherokee....$68.21!
Price was $3.699/gallon, based on what some of you are paying, I probably shouldn't complain....but

There is no substitute for low end torque!
Dave:
I am the son of a trucker and I really feel your pain! You make some really valid points. Sooner or later the inflationary pressure due to increased transpotation costs on the economy will be staggering. If you'all think recession is an issue now....wait.
