Low miles (was only 8,900 when I bought it in March 2006) - Now 54K miles. Original owner bought it as an investment for son's college expenses.

I went to the site that PSU sent a link to. Wow. What a bunch of losers. Looks like all they do is sit around all day and talk about and trade trivia about Camaros.....

Hey, did everyone else know that for 1974, the rear view mirror for the Corvette was extended from 8" to 10"?!? Isn't that cool!!
Ok, for those of you that are actually interested in this other Chevy, here are a few pix I snapped at the Indianapolis Auto Show last month (they did not have the convertible). I must admit, when I had just seen pictures of the silver concept, I wasn't that impressed, but this red one looked pretty good...
I wanted a Corvette my whole life, but I never dreamed of all the wonderful people I would meet because of it!

I gotta say the Convertible doesn't translate as well as the coupe version. I took quite a few pics of the coupe at the Dallas New Car show last year, and I was really impressed with the way it looked, in and outside. Still wouldn't buy one, but it does look ok. The convertible just doesn't work, looks-wise, to me.

I don't care for the lines on the convertible at all. The coupe is starting to grow on me. Of course, lets see how they price them. If it costs 30k to get a V8, then it'll die a quick death. If you can get a V8 for the price of a V8 mustang, it may have a shot.
I saw the new camaro coupe last year at the NY auto show and also at the Gm nationals at carilse, from the crowds it drew I would have to say its a hit. I like it myself, but I think gm's a little late and should of never
discontinued the camaro
For those of you who still might care, here's a bunch of Photoshopped pics of the new 'vert in a slew of color combos:

All us Vette people must think alike. Before I read anyone's response, I saw the pic of it and said to myself, "Man, that looks JUST LIKE a mustang!, what the heck is GM thinking?"

[/QUOTE] Amen.GM is lost. They have a bunch of people that are so used to making cars on a computer that they don't know how the make a real car. They tried and I think they missed. If they do some kind of fine tuining to the FRONT end and the side grills and where are the eye brow lines above and behind the wheel openings???If you wnat to go retro go retro. It looks like they were going to go retro and go scared
