Thanks Rick.  When gas goes down, we will think its a bargain.  That's  like the  "boiling a frog story".

Gas hit 4.00 for reg. here.  And some stations are going over 4 bucks.
Diesel is 4.80.  

The price per barrel went DOWN to $128.00 a few days ago.

This morning the cheapest in town was $4.05 and this afternoon the same station was $4.20 and that's for regular!

You are sure right Brian....we are real lucky compared to you guys in the UK.  That why all you see over their is small cars, and its been that way for years.  Thanks for "chiming in" and welcome to C3VR.

Well, things are getting a little better now-a-days.  I just paid $3.16/gal for regular.  Even with all the bailout stuff going on, the price of oil and gas is getting a little better.   Doubt it will get below $3. tho.  Hope its doing better for the rest of ya'll.

As for here, today (9/27/08) they actually lowered the price as I was waiting for a light to change. The price went from $3.59 to $3.55.........so it's getting a little better here. I know out in Calif. that you guys get stuck with higher prices..........who knows why?
