Gas is still going down, got it for $2.11/gal for regular today.  Finally, getting down to a somewhat reasonable price.  Just hope it stays down.

[/QUOTE] That's pretty good.......I paid $2.27/gal. and thought I was dreaming. They say don't get used to it. Next Memorial Day, they're predicting a price back up to $3.50/Gal.

Regular here... 2.39 here in Newport News area... anywhere from 10-25 cents more on mid grades and another 10 for super....
I guess they finally got us where they want us "again" happy with 2.50 or lower... can't wait for the Quarterly reports from oil companies... especially since they have been paying 1/2 as much for oil or less and dropped prices only about 1/4.
Of course Wall Street has taken some of the focus away from them...
Also, I say if OPEC cuts production... great!... they don't make anything on oil in the ground... that's all they have... they are just as addicted to oil as we are... we need to buy it and they need to sell it...

WOW!!  $2.11?  I could go for that.

Last week, on my way to the Midwest gathering, I saw $2.89 in Indy (had been 2.59 the day before).  As I drove through Chicago, I saw it for $3.89.  Never thought I'd see a difference in price of $1 in a day, but I supppose that's a regional difference.

This week in New Jersey, it got as low as $2.51 at the station I drove by.  Then, when I flew back in, I saw it for $2.36 at the Indianapolis Airport gas stations!!  That was a penny cheaper than the regular low price place!  That low at the airport right next to the rental car places?  What is the world coming to??

I wanted a Corvette my whole life, but I never dreamed of all the wonderful people I would meet because of it!

Never thought I'd ever see it again, but I paid $1.95/gal today for regular.  Doesn't beat Don (78silver), but still is great.  Now, how long does it last????

I read in the newspaper about Burleson's gas war.  I'm seeing $2.19 on my route to work now.

I filled up this morning for $1.99.  Apparently, there is a western suburb of Indy where gas is down to $1.82/gal.  Wow.  Never thought I'd see it under $3 again, let alone under $2.

Hey Joel, BTW, I've seen Diesel as low as $2.87/gal.
