I like the concept car, an see a few old car similarities. Raised cowl hood, short sloping rear end via the 68 Camaro. Built in trunk lid spoiler. Looks like the robbed the mirrors off of a late model vette.
It appears the engineers liked the chopped top look that chrysler has gone to as well.

Happy Birthday to the best looking sports car! I think the new Camaro has some look of the new Mustang too.

Not to be a sour puss, but June 30, 1953 is the "official" birthday for the Corvette. That was when the first ot the 300 production vettes rolled off the assembly line.
