Let me git this straight......you have to buy tickets from a policeman in order to speed?

Speaking of speeding tickets, here's what I though to be a funny story my dad used to tell back in the late 60's. There was an old gentleman that lived in our neighborhood that by our standards was quite wealthy. It seems that he was passing through a nearby small town that everyone considered a "speed trap". Sure enough, Mr Hobson was pulled over for speeding and taken before the local magistrate to pay the fine. When the magistrate told Mr Hobson that the fine would be $15, he replied, "here...take $30 coz I'll be coming back through in a couple of hours"

Whe have even a great dispute in Belgium between flemisch and french talking people...the flemisch part is a bit more wealthy so they installed fixed radars ... : in one of our towns, Oostende  there are as many as the entyre french spoken part of the country ! BUT , the fines fund is divided equaly under the 2 country parts , so , that means millions a year going from us to our "friends"...

or with other words , if whe wanne go speeding , whe go tho the Ardennes !  but whe don't make it without a speeding ticket up till there...
