That is a georgous looking car, but I imagine it's going to be priced close to the new Challenger. I wouldn't replace a Vette for it but sure would like one. In the webcast they said production will start in Feb 09

Adam, they did say it would come with 6 speed or auto, V6 or V8, coupe or vert

Check this out 2009 Camaro

I hate you Adam!!.........................................Sorry , just kidding. It would take more n a Camero for me to hate ya...................Wouldn't it be feasible & cheaper to sell yours, and upgrade to a better C3?
Too bad all of the current "Pony Car" offerings are such bloated beasts. I think of the three the current gen of Mustang is the closest in size to the original. The Camero and Challenger are going to have the toughest time making it in the marketplace. Say what you will about Ford, but they didn't abandon the market segment like the others did.

The founder of DakotaUSA.com went out and bought himself a Chevy Silverado
Atleast Adam would be staying in the same brand name

I gotta agree with you on that Jim... but at least Chevy did stick with the Vette... unlike Fords T-Bird...
Put the retro's along side any classic Vette and I still believe the Vette will get the "nod", thumbs -up etc... etc...
Look here

I find the last part hard to believe though...is GM really thinking about putting a 4 banger in it? Really? I'll take the big cubes, thanks you very much.
I believe that it's an V8, that runs on 4 cylinders at highway speeds...........like the old Cadillac V8-6-4...........which was a major disaster.

Vette(s): Used to own a 1979 Corvette now owned by JB79
I saw the movie Transformers last night. It featured a 2010 Camaro.
I think I'm now 75% sure I'm going to sell my Vette and get a new Camaro!

Yep that was a cool movie, that Camaro sure transformed!
Want to see how they sell once they have stabilized, I'd like one myself, but not going to sell my C3 for it.
