A jury will get to decide whether a Texas man tried to scam an insurance company to double his money on a million-dollar car he drove into a swamp.

Dumbass.....who the he!! would lend someone like that a Mil? He had to know the guy was/is nutz....so I would assume the guy that loaned the cash was in on it.....they should both go to prison AND have to pay for the car, repairs to the car, the labor to remove the car from the drink, any EPA fines for polluting the water, and all court costs.
And thus starts the countdown to the annual "Darwin" awards....Pig

Vette(s): 1972 conv., sunfire yellow, blk interior, blk vinyl and convertible top. Off frame restoration with American Speed 383 stroker engine producing 500hp plus a 200hp NOS system. MSD ignition. Hooker super competition headers with chambered exhaust.
The only positive thing about this story is that it wasn't the new super sport version. Zero to 100 in 4.1 seconds and a top speed of 267 mph. I can only imagine.
