We purchased a '08 Pontiac G8 on the 30th of Oct.
Panther Black Metallic V6 5spd. auto.
After being insulted by 2 arrogant VW/Audi dealerships we went back to GM. Even after I swore them off in '03. (VW can stick their TDI diesel & A4's up their you know what.) They went totally out of their way to appease us to make the sale. I guess they are really hurting.
What a great handling and comfortable car. I kind of reminds us of the GTO. (Both are made in Australia) The V6 3.6L VVT 256HP engine has plenty of giddy up "n" go for a 3900 lb car. 0-60 in 7 sec. That's as quick as my fathers '96 Impala SS LT1 V8. The 5 spd auto shifts very smooth.
Just thought I'd share the news!
I'll try to post some pics later.
TKO500 5 spd.
