It is a 1980 Ford Model A Shay with 370 original miles..not a typo...370.
I am 3 rd owner.  4 Cylinder 4 Speed.  Have all the documentation including the original Sales Receipt from the Ford Dealership.  100% stock.
And surprisingly no smog in CA when I registered it..

Kick in the butt to drive and having fun with it.  Just wanted you all to see.
Don't mean to brag...but Thanks.  steve

Thanks...It is all Ford.  Made in 1980 by Shay for Ford in celebration of the 50th anniversary or the Ford Model A.  About 5000 were constructed by Shay and sold thru the Ford dealerships.

It has a 4cylinder Fairmont/ Pinto engine and Mustang II front end.  Custom frame and fiberglass body.  Suppose to be 100% replica of the Model A.  Many of the original Model A parts are interchangeable.

I can remember when these car were sold thru my local Ford Dealership and always thought it would be fun car to have.  And so.... 28 years later I got one...Big%20smile  They sold new for around 10.  I paid 10 for this one.

There is a Shay Forum on the internet, and like here, many nice Folks.
