KYB is the shock of choice for our Vettes but what do you prefer on the truck that pulls the Vette. I have a 1992 F-150 "Niite" edition 4WD. I don't go four wheeling (I grew up). I have been looking at Bilsteins, KYB Mononmax, KYB gas adjust.
The KYb monomax some use them on work trucks and others like them on light duty trucks but it is a rough ride but great handling. The KYB gas adjust is also recommended for light trucks.
What shock do you have on your trucks? What shock would you recommend from past experiences.
Thank you!

Imma firm believer in Monroe Gas Magnums for "normal" trucks. I have them on my Burban, and have installed them on MANY trucks over the years. They ride good, and damp well. Don't know how they would be a on a fo-b-fo, tho.

Thanks Joel! I forgot to mention that It has quad suspension ( 4 shocks in front). One of the mechanics at my buddies shop swears by Monroe for cars. But never installed them on 4x4. When I googled shock comparison on 4x4 the Monroe didn't have good reviews. The review were from the four wheeling group. I'm trying to compare Apples to Apples!!!
