Looks cool, Louis! It does look like it needs a LOT of TLC! You can't get locked into one brand of car. A true car nut can appriciate most any make. My wish list covers the whole spectrum! Good luck!

No offense intended, but doesn't your wish list have more than just C3s in it? Doesn't mean you'll ever get 'em, just that you WANT them. You DO have a cool collection!

I sure don't mean to interrupt the thread, but if Louis will forgive me, I used to be a Mustang guy, had a '65 fastback, kept it for 8 yrs. loved it and then went on to build motorcycles. Worked 2 jobs for 25 yrs. and the wife told me to get a hobby Big smile. Saw the  1st '78 vette cheap and the passion overtook me. the C3s sell for very little these days,... so I just took on #4 (story to come soon). I don't desire anything that I can't diagnose and repair myself, at home in my driveway and I'm honestly happy about it. No, we can't duplicate that kind of technology (mechanically or cosmetically) at home. I'm building a pickup with a 350 so I can keep 1 fuel pump, 1 starter, 1 alternator for spares. Now, if I had Jay Leno's money, it would be a whole different story Wink.

If I had Jay Leno's money, I'd need a couple airline hangers just to get started! Of course, my eyes are always bigger than my WALLET!

Nice find! I have had the pleasure of owning a '66, a '68, and a '69. Those cars are A LOT of fun!!!
