there was the 1973 Pinto with fat 50"'s on the back and 78's on the front and a 12 ft. whip antenna. Looked like a remote control car.
So..yer saying the Pinto was your favorite? That explains a LOT...
btw...if ya can't decide...Flip a COIN...

.............Ouch.......this hurts..........but the '65 Convertible Roadster is my favorite car that I have owned. Really stupid to sell that beast! 327/375 horses, air, electric antenna, wonder bar radio, 4 speed/hurst comp shifter, white rag top, Nassau Blue, side pipes......I'm hurtin' now......

I sure wish I could find it and it was for sale......I'ld work 5 jobs to get the $$$.

My favorite was like Ron, a 57 Chevy, only mine was a Bel Air coupe with a 327 and 4 speed. Oh yeah, you just know it was BLUE.
I had that car when I met my wife, and she denies it , but I still say that car is why she started dating me.

The difference between men and boys is the cost of their toys!!
427 1970 Nova and it's little brother, 350 1971 Nova. Both 4 speeds. Shared the garage through the 70s.
Sold the 70 when I got married in 79 and bought a different house. That one was scarey!!
The 71 left 3 weeks after I bought my black79 Vette in 1984. Was my daily driver and I was thinking about repaint no 3 at the time!
And of course my first car, the 69 GTO, would be gladly welcomed back!
May seem odd, but my 71 Dart Swinger. It had a 318 2 bbl that was freaky. That thing hauled. Whipped a 76 Trans Am with a 400 in that critter. I really liked driving it.

After that I miss my 67 LeMans and my 70 Grand Sport, then my 66 Grand Prix.
Of course my77 Pacer was a big favorite, and perhaps my wifes favorite. Not a Vette, an AMC Pacer Wagon.
My choice would be my 1965 396/425hp convertible, or my 1966 427/450hp convertible. Both of course were Corvettes. The 450hp said 425 on the aircleaner, but the window sticker and dealer copy read 450hp.......the car was a screamer............I was never beaten at the strip...........or on the road........of couse I NEVER raced on the street

My most memorable car was a 62 Renault Dauphine. I have more memories in that car than any other I've owened. That sucker could do 0-60 in about a minute. Besides, when's the last time you can say you've seen one.
