This car is owned by some corporation...if you can believe that...
The 246 miles on the odo are the ONLY driven miles it's had since new. It was turned into this pinata shortly after that.
The reason the trans is melted is for that same reason...they've been towing it, wheels on ground, all over the place!
This is NOT good for transmissions. Without the engine running, there is no lubrication to any of the rotating parts, such as the planetary gears sets. Did I mention this is an all-wheel drive vehicle?
Now, seems they don't wanna fix it for some reason...can't say that I blame them. Why waste any more money on the turd?
