Well guys... on Friday this happened:

Either 1 of 3 things can happen...
A) They fix my truck and I still have the $300 a month loan
B) They won't fix my truck, GAP insurance kicks in and I get this: (MORE THAN LIKELY THEY WONT FIX IT BECAUSE NEVADA IS A TOTAL LOSS STATE OF 65% DAMAGE.. THIS TRUCK HAS FRAME DAMAGE)

2005 300C 5.7Litre HEMI, 1500W JL Audio, 22" TIS 08 wheels(same as truck)
LIMO TINT, COLD AIR INTAKE, 2" drop all the way around
(Estimated $180 - $280 / MONTH DEPENDING ON DOWN PAYMENT)
C) Do an Owner's reclamation and purchase the truck on a salvage title for $3K (insurance pays on it) and spend 3K fixing it (out of pocket) and have my truck free and clear no loans, but salvage title is worth $4,000 and I can never legally sell it private party.I owe 13,000$USD on it...
Any .02 cents?

Wow! I hope you're ok, Louis!
Unless there is way more damage than what is shown in the pic, I doubt they'll total it. If they do, then I'd take the $$ and buy another vehicle. The 300 ain't my bag...I work on too many of them as it is, but if it floats yer boat, go for it!

The damage doesn't look that bad. If it was me I'd buy the truck for the 3K.
I like the 300
. I was considering one... if they came with a manual trans. But no, they do not.
Will be interesting with New"Italian" Chrysler and future of this car.
Joels probably right tho..might be a high maintenance item.
