This is of the Normandy American Cemetary from the beach assault in WW 2. I think it speaks for itself, and I do not intend to offend ANYONE!!! This is just my opinion!!!

And this is not all of the Americans that sacrificed their
lives for France. This pic is just 1 of many cemetaries with
thousands upon thousands of American G.I.'s buried there.
When I was in Saudi Arabia, there was a area on base that housed some French troops (non-participants of course.) One
French soldier walked past a couple of us and gave us a friendly
nod and a hello "bonjour". I was kind of surprized, and I kind of paused for a moment. We all kind of gave him a look of how dare you. You could tell by the look in his eyes that he has
been shamed and ridiculed by others. GOOD! They should be
ashamed! I hope their gov't gets an earfull from their own
troops! Maybe they will wake up.
I'm done rambling now. Sorry.
