Vette(s): Used to own a 1979 Corvette now owned by JB79

So, I'm about to replace my wife's smashed up Elantra with a 2002 Volvo S60.

Anyone own an S60?

Thoughts on the S60?

Thanks!

I know volvo are some of the safest cars out there, at least thats what the experts say. My Grandma drives a volvo and she likes it alot. no serious problems with it, its a 1997.

Adam - I sometimes find things on: www.automotiveforums.com/

Might give it a shot - good luck

(from the looks of your car - anything with side curtain airbags would be on my list. hope you're not too sore...)

Adam, it's a good choice.  Volvo is a very good car.  They handle better than in the past.

The problem is parts availabilty and cost.  It's harder to get them worked on by someone compentent.  Bottom line, service is more expensive.  Flip side, they don't break a lot.
