Nice
From an ownership perspective, Camaro was never on my wish list. I like the looks of the late 60's generation, after that the Camaro never did much for me.
But, I really like the looks of that. Its gettin near time to replace my daily driver, I might have to check into gettin me one of them.

I like it a lot. My first car was a '69 Camaro. I see a lot of the 69 in the front-end and sides. The car in the photo looks very cool, although the tail looks a little low for my liking. Of course, before it gets out the door, all the committee-think at the General will put much more sensible higher-profile tires on it, the obligatory ugly wheels, and tone down or kill anything that looks remotely aggressive, such as the stinger hood scoop and the creases down the side starting at the top of the wheel wells. OK, just maybe they'll keep the spoiler, but you'll have to pay 10K more for it, in the form of the Z28 package.
I'd love to see them bring this exact car to the streets. But the bumbling american car companies are ran by a bunch of old men that don't understand the generations of buyers that came after them, nor do they appear to want to listen to any of the younger crowd. They'll take this Camaro and make it look and ride more like their favorite bland Buick before they release it.
Sorry to ramble, but as you can tell, I think the mgmt. of the big three are generally incompetent. Look around. If a kid under 30 yrs old is driving an American car, it's because their parents bought it for them. They almost never choose one on their own. Will there be a market for the big three when these young people become the parents of tomorrow? I'm sure the big-3 can see they are in the early moments of a train wreck. I don't understand why they are so unwilling to produce bold enough cars to get any traction in the market. Let's face it, bold looks and the cool factor sells most cars, not just better quality. Look no further than us Vette owners to see that.
<Stepping down from my soapbox now. Sorry ;-) >

I want one, and the wife likes it to.
I couldnt agree more. most likely it will be something too little, too late. However, it could be a strong possibility that they will do something retro with the camaro as to have something to compete with the 05 'stang.
