I remember hearing that on the radio. There was a much different "I can't drive 55" as well. Only that was the opposite. He couldn't slow down to 55.

yeah ken.. sammy hagar did i cant drive 55 back when I was wearing short pants... then when i was in college he remade it as I cant drive 65 since the laws had changed.
