Cletus and Billy Bob are in the diner havin a bite to eat, when this out of towner across the way starts choking, stands up and grabs her throat unable to speak.
Cletus says come on Billy Bob I know just what to do! Cletus runs over to the woman an says " Mamn are you chokin"? She shakes her head yes, turning blue.
To this Cletus grabs Billy Bob, ripps down his coveralls, rips down his tighty whities, and starts lickin his backside. The woman sees this, convulses, throws up the offending chunk and is able to breath again.
Cletus stands up and proudly throws out his chest and says "See that Billy Bob I told ya that Hind-Lick maneuver works evy time"!
