Low miles (was only 8,900 when I bought it in March 2006) - Now 54K miles. Original owner bought it as an investment for son's college expenses.

[QUOTE=Aaron1976]OK sorry if I hit a soft spot with the Delorean crack, I was saying it in a "we don't need no stinking badges" kind of humarous way. Of course the Delorean was really a dream car come true, if it had carried on through the years who knows what kind of car it would have evolved into.

No offense taken, all in good fun, as was my response.

I remember the first time I saw the first Back To The Future. As I left the theater, within a block, a Delorean passed us going the other way.
Also, Delorean's family thanked the makers of the movie. They noted that without the movie, his obituary and people's memories of him would have focused more on the botched cocaine deal he tried to salvage the company instead of the car.
I wanted a Corvette my whole life, but I never dreamed of all the wonderful people I would meet because of it!

Didn't Delorean work for GM back in the 60's or 70's?
I liked the concept of the Delorean, but I wasn't too keen on that color (or lack of it).
