recieved yesterday from Dave ( autom8r) 2 packages beef jerky ( peppered ) and a CD about PF.
I must still see the CD , sure this weekend when i have time...
The beef jerky liked everyone over here, as for US food... , ok , sure more than Oreo-cookies... ( sorry Mark , the intention counts) .
After tasting it last night with some Belgium beer everyone is still alive today , so it's ok i think.
Al last we planned a vacation : we took hotel at Briquebec for the week of the 15 august .Briquebec is near the beaches Omaha, Utah in Normandie where the allied landed 6 june 1944. Thanks to you US, Canadian and Britisch soldiers we are still speaking Flamisch and not German ..... Was there once on my Harley with friends but hadn't time to see more of the museums and military equipment now resting on the beaches as monuments. So now i want to take a bit more time to explore the region and in style : we take the Willys jeep ( Belgium army ,1952 ) on the trailer to explore the little streets around Normandie where in that time so many Willys served the invasion.
We cannot imagine how rough it was over there , what make me think is the fact that i have a Willys Overland from Ohio ! who served in the Belgium army from 1952 to 1988 and still running perfect , while a average jeep lasted in the war 3 months....
Chapeau to the guys at Ohio : we are travelling now in a car with a engine developed in 1926 !!!( GO-DEVIL ) ? ?
Post some PIC's , promised.

See Norbert, I told you that you would like Beef Jerky. That stuff dates back to the early days of the Pioneers in America!
I have a couple of Jalpeno's Pepper Plants in the back yard and they are producing quite a few peppers!
