Well, then he can buy a new hard drive to install in place of the old one and he should be springing for the case and cable kit to turn the old drive into a stand-alone.

Look at "IntelliMover" made by "Detto Technologies."
It will transfer just about everything except "Program Files." I believe those will have to be reloaded with a disc or off the internet.

Vette(s): had a really nice one. sold it to a good friend. Purchased 2004 custom coupe in Feb. 2009 did not tell anyone here until August 2009. BAD I KNOW.
maybe the boss don't want you pokin' around the old hard drive incase you might find something, well lets just say "TRANNY" like . is there anyway of uploading into a place on the net and then downloading into the new one?  just if i was that smart i wouldn't be a meat head i would be working at best buy.
