Vette(s): had a really nice one. sold it to a good friend. Purchased 2004 custom coupe in Feb. 2009 did not tell anyone here until August 2009. BAD I KNOW.
|eek| Wife and all other family woman folk left today for annual shopping week end, I stay home and take care of our special needs daughter. I normal start putting up the outdoor lights and yard decorations this week end I just seem to have the ambition of a crippled turtle with a limp, so I have done the only thing I could do, played cribbage on line, eat left overs, visit this site a half a dozen times. I did manage to order one christmas present today on line. I ordered for my cat a SAVE THE WAVE license plate, it is what she wanted, and I hope that she will let the corvette display for all to enjoy. Okay so I am not really use to having idle time, guess it is time for my meds. Just wanted to say HI to all out there. If I am correct in thinking this there is no member with in a 50 mile radius of my town, that is sad, couple of options, move, buy the wife a vette and make her a member.

|headscratch| |wavey| |saluteflag| going to hockey game in seattle on saturday.

How did the hockey game go? And who did you go see? Our home team has won 6 in a row on home ice. They have not scored less than 6 goals in those six games and scored 9 last night. |thumb|

Saw the seattle thunderbirds of the west coast hockey league play the medicine hat tigers, I think this league is the step before the minors, man those guys looked young. Anyway both teams were 16 & 6 and seattle won 3-2 great game although I believe this is the first game that I have ever seen where there wasn't any extra "ice dancing" going on, but the game was great, seats were good, and it was nice to go to a game with my son being home on leave, I think the first time i took him to a hockey he was 9 or 10. |thumb| |saluteflag| |wavey|

This is my first single x-mas in a long time..

ive told everyone I know.. dont get me anything.. because im not getting them anything..

i dont have to put up lights (no 30' extension ladder this year), a tree, decorations, etc etc.

im really enjoying it..

I do have the griswalds (from NL x-mas vacation) living next door.. so I do have to look at 15000 lights and yard decoration montrosities.

We haven't sent cards in years. I would rather say things in person. Our decorations are very limited. But we enjoy the season just as much. Our next door neighbor put up a lot of stuff. I'll look at theirs.

My wife does the shopping, I wrap. It works out well.

Ben, hang in there.

well I have to say that I am, not by choice, a decorating fool. We live on a parade route for a thing our town does called " the festive of lights" and we have a corner house with a long tall fence, I'm not sure exactly how many lights, or outdoor decorations I put up, I'll try to count this year, if I get motivatived to put them up. I uasaully put lights on my daughters wheel chair and dress up in my grinch outfit and push her in the parade, throwing candy and crap, this year I have put the vette into the parade with her in the passenger seat and the grinch driving, going to put rope lights around the vette and an inverter to run them. I hopefully will get some good pics and try to up load them then have some one help me and so I figure you'll all see the pictures by spring, lol. |biggrin| |saluteflag| |wavey|
