My Dad was a coal miner for around 40 years. I'm from up north - Fairmont, WV area - and can't place where Sago is. Tell me where that is?

I have worked in a coal mine here in Wy. now for 25 yrs. now and I hate to hear it when something like this happens. We've only lost 2 so far where I work. But that is still too many. I knew them both and think about them about every week. Ours is open pit but I still feel for those that have to scratch around underground for that stuff. We waste more than they haul out. Anyway I hope none of them were your friend. But they were someones friend, husband, father and for them I feel sorrow.
God Bless all who work in hazardous places. Some people just don't understand that these mern & women risk their lives daily , so that they can support their families and provide others with a needed product.
My grandfather, father, uncles were coal miners . My job takes me many places and I have been in every type of mine you can imagine-coal,gold,silver, salt -copper -uranium -and more. These places are dangerous and we all should pray for these and all brave souls and their families.
