FINALLY, ERROR MESSAGES THAT YOU CAN ACTUALLY UNDERSTAND!



Old Harold
I was having trouble with my computer. So I called Harold the computer guy, to come over. Harold clicked a couple of buttons and solved the problem. H e gave me a bill for a minimum service call. As he was walking away, I called after him,

'So, what was wrong?'

He replied, 'It was an ID ten T error.'

I didn't want to appear stupid, but nonetheless inquired, 'An, ID ten T error? What's that .. In case I need to fix it again?'

Harold grinned.... 'Haven't you ever heard of an ID ten T error before?'

'No,' I replied.

'Write it down,' he said, 'and I think you'll figure it out.'

So I wrote down:   I D 1 0 T             

I used to like Harold.............

Yep...you can't copy/paste from an e-mail directly onto a post. You'll need to "save" the pics/graphics to your 'puter, then upload them to your PFF, or a photo site, then post a link.

I do like the ID ten T error message...I think I'll be using that meself! Adams' Apple2008-07-27 17:19:16

That error comes standard with the late model Corvettes.... for anybody working on them in the blind (without reference).

Here's the 'puter Error messages you might be seeing...if your IT guy is Harold ...

                                                     Error message ID 10T

I like the "Unknown Error", and the "Internal Error" ones....I think I've gotten them a few time already...
